The southern wall of windows found in the Riverview Room offer some of the most incredible views throughout the resort. The breathtaking outdoor scenery of the Nottawasaga Valley is seamlessly incorporated into the room resulting in an organic and contemporary integration of natural materials which make you feel as if there is nothing between you and the beautiful natural surroundings.
Undergoing an extensive design transformation in early 2014, the renovated space utilizes various aspects of nature throughout the design including stunning red gum wood walls, custom iron reed screens, and simple yet elegant hand blown glass fixtures that accent the grand 22 ft tall fireplace which sits within the heart of the Riverview Room.
A mixture of table and custom elevated booth seating options are available within the Riverview Room offering a comfortable and private space for those looking to enjoy a business lunch, romantic date, or celebrate a special occasion.

Easter Sunday Brunch
Join us in the Riverview Room on Easter Sunday and treat your loved ones to a delicious Easter Brunch. Our scrumptious three course menu is expertly prepared by our team of chefs for your enjoyment in the restaurant and features breakfast classics like Eggs Benedict and Omelettes to creative brunch twists like a Brisket & Eggs, Smash Burgers and Salmon Cakes Benedict!

Sunday Brunch is the best way to start your Sunday morning! All of your favourites over the years return for a mix of hearty breakfast and brunch dishes with a fun and decadent twist.
We've let the Chef's run wild and tinker with the pancakes, waffles and more on the a la carte menu to elevate them to gourmet levels. Choose from entrées like a Chicken & Waffle Stack, Eggs Benedict, Short Rib Mash, Crème Brûlée French Toast and more. That's right, there are all sorts of options to put Hollandaise or Maple Syrup on this Sunday!
