The southern wall of windows found in the Riverview Room offer some of the most incredible views throughout the resort. The breathtaking outdoor scenery of the Nottawasaga Valley is seamlessly incorporated into the room resulting in an organic and contemporary integration of natural materials which make you feel as if there is nothing between you and the beautiful natural surroundings.
Undergoing an extensive design transformation in early 2014, the renovated space utilizes various aspects of nature throughout the design including stunning red gum wood walls, custom iron reed screens, and simple yet elegant hand blown glass fixtures that accent the grand 22 ft tall fireplace which sits within the heart of the Riverview Room.
A mixture of table and custom elevated booth seating options are available within the Riverview Room offering a comfortable and private space for those looking to enjoy a business lunch, romantic date, or celebrate a special occasion.

New Year's Eve Family Dinner:
Celebrate the New Year as a family in the contemporary Riverview Room. We’ve got an exciting New Year's Eve lined up with a delicious chef-curated dinner in the cozy Riverview Room PLUS family friendly activities! Come early and enjoy a fun Jungle Quest mini-golf adventure, face painting, inflatable axe throwing, and a visit from your favourite winter character Olaf during dinner that the whole family will love! Seatings are available from 5:00-8:00pm.

Sunday Brunch is the best way to start your Sunday morning! All of your favourites over the years return for a mix of hearty breakfast and brunch dishes with a fun and decadent twist.
We've let the Chef's run wild and tinker with the pancakes, waffles and more on the a la carte menu to elevate them to gourmet levels. Choose from entrées like a Chicken & Waffle Stack, Eggs Benedict, Short Rib Mash, Crème Brûlée French Toast and more. That's right, there are all sorts of options to put Hollandaise or Maple Syrup on this Sunday!

Christmas Dinner
This year, why not take a much-deserved break and let our team of chefs take care of the cooking? Treat yourselves to our gourmet Four Course Table D'Hote Christmas Dinner Experience. Featuring soup, salad, roasted turkey and beef brisket plus a festive dessert. The best part (besides the delicious food itself) is that at the end of the meal you don't have to lift a finger - we'll take care of all the clean up!
